Refund Policy
Fudoshen is a $10-per-month membership that starts with a 7-day free trial for new members, and you can cancel at any time.
Free trial
Cancel any time during your free trial and you won’t be charged anything. If the trial ends before you cancel, your first payment is taken that day and the rules below apply.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime in the app: Account and billing → Manage billing → Cancel. You won’t be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
Refunds
Monthly payments are non-refundable, and we don’t give partial refunds for unused days, except where the law requires it.
That said, if something went wrong (for example, you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or Fudoshen didn’t work for you because of a problem on our side), email support@fudoshen.com within 30 days of the charge and we’ll make it right.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels your membership immediately, with no further charges. The current month isn’t refunded.
